Great price, unlimited hosting. Had a few issues randomly. I would jump on the chat or call them, and they would usually fix it immediately or once in a while they would get back to me within the day to resolve the issue. My friend site hosted under IXWebhosting was a messed, as told as he reviewed that only 75% of the time he saw it online instead of the promised 99%. I plan to renew my subscription for the next coming year, and hope that they do well in the years to come. I love that everything is pretty user-friendly. I did have a problem with customer support understanding what I was talking about once, but it was clarification on my part, but I still got followed up with any of my questions, and the response time was within a day.
